BAY OF MAINE BOATS BOW EYE

The Bay of Maine Boats Bow Eye is a unique towing eye designed especially for small vessels under 20 feet. Its primary function, of course, is providing a means to tow a dinghy or yacht tender or to secure the boat to a trailer. Its secondary function is to provide an attachment point for a bow fender or boat cover. The BMB Bow Eye is available in either silicone bronze or type 316L stainless steel. The primary hole is ¾ inch diameter and the secondary hole is 3/8inch diameter. The 1/2inch diameter socket is drilled and tapped for a standard 5/16 – 18 threaded rod or bolt.
